As travel partners, it's our goal to create unforgettable vacation experiences for our clients. That's easy to do in the beginning, but how do you keep the magic going time after time? My old friend (and college roommate!) Rae and her husband Glenn went on a cruise with us recently and her experience showed that it doesn't matter whether it's your first cruise or your twentieth — it's never too late to have your best cruise yet. She sent me a letter to tell me about her experience, and I wanted to share it with you so you can see for yourself how there are endless ways to elevate the possibilities for even your most seasoned cruisers.
Dear Vicki and Royal Caribbean,

Our 16-night cruise on the new Anthem of the Seas exceeded ALL our expectations! It all started with our arrival, where the check-in process was incredibly fast, warm and friendly. It was the nicest check-in process in our cruising history and we have been on at least 20 different cruises.

Then we boarded the ship to check out our accommodations. We are so grateful that our travel agent encouraged us to reserve a suite! The accommodations were truly first class. We were hesitant to spend the extra money, but 16 nights on a ship is a long time and our agent said we would feel like royalty with a 2-story Grand Loft Suite. AND WE DID. The extra money was worth it! We took videos and our friends back home can't believe how nice it was. The other bonus of booking a suite was access to the complimentary Concierge Lounge. That was really a treat! Every time you turn around, there's another waiter asking what he can get you. It became the before-dinner meeting place for our group every night.

We were also thrilled that our travel agent encouraged us to book private tours through Royal Caribbean. What a pleasure to get off the ship and have our personal tour guide greet us, and walk right up to our private air-conditioned van. By booking a private tour, we had the luxury and flexibility to move at our own pace and ask our own questions at each site. Wow, are we spoiled now!

If variety is the spice of life, this ship is a spicy one! The dining options were truly outstanding. Even with 16 nights, we never made it to them all because we chose to repeat some of our favorites. Not only was each restaurant delicious and the variety so enjoyable, but the flexibility of choosing various dinnertimes throughout the cruise was awesome.

I am always sad when a cruise ends, yet happy to tell you that we (and both couples who joined us) took advantage of the special offer and we booked our next cruise while onboard the Anthem. The special incentives were too good to pass up! So now we will reunite on the Allure next year. I can't wait.

I could go on and on about this beautiful trip. The North Star. The iFly indoor skydiving. And the robot bartenders at Bionic Bar — I can't wait to show the video to all our friends. So we continue to be your most satisfied customers, and wanted you to hear it directly from us. Thank you Vicki. Thank you Royal Caribbean. You gave us the experience of a lifetime.
